THERAPY

Psychodrama New Jersey offers individual, couple, family, & group psychotherapy. Psychodrama is not the only clinical approach used in treatment. However, psychodrama provides opportunities to explore relationships, express feelings, & resolve issues through gently guided action interventions. Behavior, cognition, and emotion are the theoretical and clinical foundation of treatment which makes psychodrama easily blendable with many approaches. An alternative or supplement to traditional talk therapy, psychodrama treatment provides new perspectives & opportunities to move forward in life.
